Ooh La La Photography

I just adore this little girl…and I’m just having too much fun doing newborn photos for my own (she’s sleeping all the time anyway)!  I’m sure I’ll have a ton of posts to come especially of my two girls but I’ll need another set of hands around here for that.  It’s been a few days now and she’s doing amazing, it’s been really nice just spending time at home, having visitors & going for a few walks!  Here are a few photos I took on Day four…..

Our beautiful baby girl has arrived on Saturday June 26th at 8:20pm and I can’t even describe the joy she brings to our little family…we got home yesterday evening and she is just such a blessing! I can only thank God for my two little angels!

The girls are both sleeping and I will be posting more pictures but here is one for now…and off for a nap myself!

I had a fellow photographer friend Bao To Photography take these prenatals for us a couple of weeks ago and he did an amazing job!  Thank you Bao….(I was about 37 weeks at the time)

Just for a quick update we have not had the baby yet but were getting very, very excited (due. June 27th)…..we know it’s God’s timing since we tried anything & everything of how to go into labour when we had our first daughter 4 days after my due date (December 21, 2007) which happened to be Christmas Day…so we all think this baby will arrive on a holiday, maybe Canada Day? which also happens to be our 5 year Wedding Anniversary.  

But I’m sure I will have pictures up as soon as this little one makes his/her appearance…gender we have kept a secret!

I’ve also really enjoyed having the month of June off, spending a lot of time with Izzy, taking her to the zoo, the pool, lots of playdates which has been soooo much fun!  The weather is finally starting to look up and I’m looking forward to my cousin Cassidy who’s coming from Winnipeg, MB to visit for a week and then my sister who will be coming to visit for a month…anyways I hope you enjoy my prenatals…I’m always the one standing behind the camera, it’s not very often that I stand in front of the camera.

I did these prenatals for a very good friend of mine Angela who was also the model for my very first prenatal photoshoot 2 years ago (September) when Joshua was born, it was so much fun…once again…..isn’t she just glowing and beautiful???   This time we kept it fresh, fun & simple and I think they turned out great especially in B&W.  I’m so excited to meet this little one and it’ll be nice to have our 2nd babes so close together in age as well.  Joshua is such a sweetheart and SO excited to meet his little brother in a couple of months and I can’t wait to photograph him…..Enjoy your sneak peek : D

While Ange was changing, the kids were so excited to get in front of the camera so this is what I got…..dolls and everything!  TOO CUTE!  I swear I didn’t even set it up…it’s all them!
